TERACT has announced the termination of its liquidity agreement with Gilbert Dupont, effective February 20, 2026, after market hours. This decision follows the suspension of the agreement on January 15, due to InViVo Group's planned public offer and subsequent squeeze-out of TERACT shares.

As of the termination date, the liquidity account held 136,406 shares and a cash balance of €89,668.15. Previously, on December 31, 2025, the account reported 140,210 shares and €86,028.56 in cash. Initially, the agreement began with no shares and €500,000 in cash.

With the termination, all 136,406 shares will be allocated for cancellation. This move is part of the strategic developments surrounding the public offer by InViVo Group and affiliated entities.
