TERACT: Share Buyback Program Details
On December 16, 2025, TERACT unveiled the details of its share buyback program. This program, subject to approval by the general meeting, authorizes the repurchase of up to 10% of the share capital. The purchase price per share is capped at €10, for a total amount of €6 million.
The 18-month program allows for acquisitions for various purposes. It ensures secondary market liquidity and covers various option and compensation plans. The program also facilitates future transactions, including the exchange or payment for purchased shares.
TERACT may also cancel repurchased shares, subject to approval. This program complies with applicable legislation, including external growth operations. Transparency and compliance ensure effective management.
