TF1 Reports Half-Year Liquidity Contract Data
On June 30, 2025, TF1, in collaboration with NATIXIS ODDO BHF, shared its half-year liquidity contract figures. The liquidity account held 59,499 shares and 1,989,119.72 euros at that time. Initially, the account contained no shares and 2,500,000 euros.
Between January 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025, trading activities included 495 buy-side and 394 sell-side transactions. The trading involved 132,126 shares and 1,132,732.27 euros on the buy side and 72,627 shares and 621,852.42 euros on the sell side.
This report complies with the AMF Decision n°2021-01 of June 22, 2021, which supports the recognized market practice of implementing liquidity contracts for shares.
