TF1 Reports Share and Voting Rights Details for October 2025
On October 31, 2025, TF1 disclosed its share and voting rights information in compliance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. The company reported a total of 211,284,237 shares making up its capital. This number represents the full extent of shares with attached voting rights.
The theoretical number of voting rights also amounted to 211,284,237. However, the exercisable voting rights stood at 210,562,483. This discrepancy arises from the suspension of voting rights on certain shares, as detailed under Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation.
