The Bouka family and Everest: A new attempt
The Bouka family, originally from Madagascar, are once again attempting to climb Mount Everest. After falling short 250 meters from the summit the previous year due to extreme conditions, they are returning with renewed determination. Led by Zouzar Bouka and his sons Raïs and Raj-Alexandre, this expedition symbolizes resilience and perseverance.
Zouzar Bouka affirms that finishing what they started is crucial. For the family, climbing goes beyond mountaineering; it represents a family legacy and promotes meritocracy. Their adventure aims to inspire young people, highlighting the importance of courage in the face of challenges.
Aware of the risks, especially since Everest has already claimed four lives this season, the Boukas plan to share their journey via social media. Their previous alpine experience has strengthened their preparation for this risky undertaking.
