On January 15, 2026, the Burkhalter Group officially acquired BZ-Dépannage Sàrl, a company based in Lonay, Vaud. Specializing in plumbing, heating, maintenance, and repair, BZ-Dépannage Sàrl generates annual revenue of 2.7 million Swiss francs. With twelve employees, the company will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary under the leadership of Nicolas Barraud.

This acquisition allows Burkhalter to expand its presence in the building technology market in French-speaking Switzerland. The purchase is part of Burkhalter's strategy to increase its market share through the targeted acquisition of companies specializing in this sector.
