The CAFOM Group grants the Habitat brand license to Vente-unique.com
The CAFOM Group, a major player in home furnishings in Europe and Overseas, grants an operating license for the Habitat brand to Vente-unique.com. This collaboration is planned for an initial period of three years, including annual compensation of €600K and a €15M purchase option from the brand.
Furthermore, the CAFOM Group is committed to addressing the damage to customers affected by the liquidation of the former operator of Habitat, estimated at approximately 9 million euros. This plan will see CAFOM financially responsible for the products to be delivered, while Vente-Unique.com will cover the associated logistics costs.
