The Fresh Factory Announces Q1 2026 Financial Results, Reports 17% Revenue Growth

The Fresh Factory B.C. Ltd. reported a record billed revenue of $12.5 million for Q1 2026, a 17% increase from the previous year. Achieving a positive EBITDA of $0.3 million, the company withstood increased costs from its new manufacturing facility. This quarter saw the completion and operation start-up of a new 154,000-square-foot site in Chicago, enhancing production capacity.

The firm also secured a $3 million private placement in January, strengthening its financial position. The expansion facilitated a 47.5% rise in packaged units produced, signaling robust growth in sales to existing and new clients.

However, a net loss of $0.9 million was observed, mainly due to higher operational expenses and transition costs. Despite adjusted EBITDA declining to $0.5 million, the company remains optimistic for future growth, focusing on operational efficiency and sustainability.
