SLAM Exploration Expands Goodwin Project with Promising IP Survey
SLAM Exploration Ltd. has announced new results from an induced polarization (IP) survey at its Goodwin claims in New Brunswick. The survey highlights potential extensions at depth for the Granges, Farquharson, and Logan copper-nickel-cobalt zones. Line L3300E, in particular, reveals deep targets below the Farquharson zone.
A 4,000-meter drilling program is planned to enhance these zones. Previous drilling at Granges reported a significant 64.90-meter core interval with a copper equivalent (CuEq) of 1.61%. The company aims to identify deeper, high-grade mineral zones.
SLAM CEO Mike Taylor emphasized the project's potential contribution to Canada's critical elements portfolio. The project is seen as aligning with the country's economic strategies concerning key metals like copper, nickel, and cobalt. Further IP surveys and drilling campaigns are planned to explore these promising findings.
