Le groupe Vanguard a publié un formulaire 8.3 concernant sa participation dans Picton Property Income Limited. Au 14 juillet 2026, Vanguard détenait 5,06 % des titres ordinaires de Picton, soit 25 979 500 actions. Cette déclaration est soumise à la règle 8.3 du Code des offres publiques d'acquisition et est obligatoire pour toute entité détenant des participations dans des titres concernés représentant 1 % ou plus du capital.
