The Vanguard Group, Inc. has submitted a disclosure under Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code, revealing its significant position in Spirent Communications plc. As of April 22, 2025, Vanguard holds 5.12% of Spirent's 3 1/3p ordinary shares, totaling 29,773,436 shares.

On the same date, Vanguard executed a purchase of 44,336 shares at a price of 1.77 GBP each. It also sold 4,388 shares at the same price. No new cash-settled or stock-settled derivative positions have been reported.
