The Vanguard Group, Inc. has disclosed its position in Spirent Communications plc through a Form 8.3 filing. As of 20 March 2025, Vanguard holds a significant stake, possessing 29,743,769 ordinary shares, which equates to 5.12% of Spirent's outstanding ordinary shares.
