The Vanguard Group, Inc. has disclosed its position in Assura plc, revealing interests in relevant securities exceeding 1%. As of July 30, 2025, The Vanguard Group holds 185,672,568 ordinary shares in Assura plc, representing 5.70% of the company's total shares.
