Theranexus: Monthly update of voting rights and shares
On January 16, 2025, Theranexus, a biopharmaceutical company specializing in rare neurological diseases, announced its share capital figures. As of December 31, 2024, the company had registered a total of 8,110,140 shares constituting its capital. Regarding theoretical voting rights, these amount to 9,182,541, in accordance with AMF regulations.
These figures include all shares attached to voting rights, including those that do not currently have them. This transparency is in line with current commercial obligations and stock market regulations.
