Thermador Groupe to Separate Roles of Chairman and CEO
Thermador Groupe plans to separate its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer roles, which have been combined since 2011, to align with investor expectations and governance best practices. This strategic change will be effective following the renewal of Guillaume Robin’s Board membership for four years, beginning at the General Meeting on April 7, 2026.
If approved, Guillaume Robin will continue as CEO, while Olivier Villemonte de la Clergerie, an independent Board member and current chair of the audit committee, will assume the role of non-executive chairman. This arrangement is set until April 2030, with a further governance succession strategy planned beyond that point.
The Board has expressed confidence in Olivier Villemonte de la Clergerie's understanding of the business, positioning the company strategically for its future challenges.
