Jefferies International Ltd has crossed the 5% threshold of both share capital and voting rights in Ubisoft Entertainment. As of July 21, 2026, it held 4,375,111 Ubisoft shares, representing 5.61% of the share capital and 5.18% of the voting rights. This change resulted from an off-market acquisition.
As of August 12, 2026, Jefferies International Ltd held 11,212,530 shares, representing 8.25% of the share capital and 7.61% of the voting rights of the French company. This holding includes securities lending with "right to recall," allowing the shares to be recalled at any time, and "swap" contracts.
