Threshold crossings by JP Morgan at Inventiva
JP Morgan Chase & Co. recently crossed both the 5% threshold in Inventiva's share capital and voting rights. As of December 8, 2025, JP Morgan indirectly held, through its subsidiaries, 10,601,477 shares, representing 5.55% of the share capital and 5.20% of the voting rights.
This change stems from an increase in the number of shares held through assimilation via specific contracts. However, on December 9, 2025, this holding decreased to 4.89% of the share capital and 4.58% of the voting rights, following a reduction in assimilated shares.
