THX Pharma Reveals Q3 2026 Financial Status

Stock price chart of Theranexus (EPA:ALTHX) showing fluctuations.

THX Pharma, known for its work in rare neurological diseases, announced a cash position of €16.0 million as of September 30, 2026. This reflects a decline from €17.5 million at the end of June. The cash reduction is linked to the start-up costs for the Phase 3 trial of Batten-1 and bank loan repayments. Though Biocodex fully funds Batten-1's development, temporary cash flow fluctuations are possible due to timing differences in reimbursements.

Key achievements in the third quarter include regulatory moves for Batten-1's trial with major authorities in the US, UK, and Europe. Additionally, the European Patent Office granted a new patent protecting Batten-1 until 2041. The company recorded revenues of €3.2 million in the first half of 2026, significantly improving its financial standing from 2025.

CEO Mathieu Charvériat highlighted the strategic cash position and ongoing preparations for Batten-1's trial and TX01's marketing application in Europe.
