TIC Holding Schweiz AG Acquires HSE Conseils
TIC Holding Schweiz AG has announced the acquisition of HSE Conseils SA, headquartered in Laténa, Neuchâtel. HSE operates six additional locations across Switzerland, in the cantons of Vaud, Valais, Geneva, Fribourg, and Jura. The acquisition was supported by Winterberg Investment X and managed by Winterberg Advisory GmbH.
HSE Conseils is a specialist in construction-related pollutants, environmental services, and occupational health and safety in French-speaking Switzerland. The company offers services such as pollutant diagnosis, environmental management, and training programs. All analyses are conducted in an in-house laboratory accredited by the Swiss Accreditation Service.
Marc Dutoit, the former owner of HSE Conseils, will reinvest in the company and continue as the CEO. Ralph Nowak, a board member of TIC Holding Schweiz, emphasized the importance of this acquisition for expanding their coverage in construction safety and environmental services.
