Tikehau Capital has carried out significant transactions in its own shares between February 28 and March 6, 2025. In accordance with Article 5 of European Regulation No. 596/2014 (MAR Regulation), these transactions have been detailed to inform the public. The total number of securities traded amounts to 7,105 shares. The weighted average acquisition price of these transactions is €20.8555 per share.
Daily trading volumes varied, ranging from 640 to 2,498 shares on different days, with average prices ranging from €20.5075 to €21.2430. All of these transactions were carried out on the XPAR market.
