Update of voting rights at Tikehau Capital

On March 14, 2025, Tikehau Capital published an update on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its capital. This information is in accordance with the legal obligations relating to Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.

Tikehau Capital's capital consists of 175,297,940 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is equivalent to the number of shares, i.e., 175,297,940. This figure includes shares deprived of voting rights. As for voting rights exercisable at general meetings, they amount to 171,736,702 after deduction of treasury shares.
