Tocvan Continues Gran Pilar Drilling, Discovers Historic Workings
Tocvan Ventures Corp. has advanced its Gran Pilar Gold-Silver Project in Sonora, Mexico, with over 5,300 meters drilled in a fully funded 20,000-meter program. Tocvan, focusing on high-priority areas, is replacing an RC drill rig with a diamond core rig for enhanced geological data. The exploration has revealed historic underground workings, bolstering prospects for expanded mineralization at the El Mezquite target.
Surface exploration in the South Block has yielded over 400 rock and soil samples. Tocvan has secured a long-term community agreement, permitting surface access and ongoing exploration. This agreement aligns with plans for a 50,000-tonne pilot mine facility, with processing equipment already ordered.
CEO Brodie Sutherland stated the importance of recent developments, highlighting historic underground workings and ongoing community cooperation. Updates on the drill program and exploration outcomes are anticipated.
