Tocvan Ventures Uncovers High-Grade Silver-Gold Zone at Gran Pilar
On July 23, 2026, Tocvan Ventures Corp. announced a new discovery of a high-grade silver-gold zone at its Gran Pilar Project in Sonora, Mexico. This zone lies just 900 meters east of the pilot facility, indicating potential for resource expansion near the planned infrastructure.
The significant discovery was made through four drill holes, with the standout being hole JES-26-152. This hole yielded an intercept of 1.5 meters at 2.2 g/t gold and 581 g/t silver, within a broader mineralized span.
The strategic location of the discovery, adjacent to road access and close to the 50,000-tonne pilot facility, offers advantages for low-cost development. Mineralization aligns with a geochemical anomaly, indicating further exploration potential northward along the trend.
This development improves Tocvan's near-term production outlook, with first gold-silver doré production aimed for Q4 2026.
