Tocvan's Drone Survey Enhances Gran Pilar Gold-Silver Targets
Tocvan Ventures Corp. has completed a high-resolution drone-based magnetic survey of its Gran Pilar Gold-Silver Project in Sonora, Mexico. Conducted by Zonge International, Inc., the survey covered 235.66 line-kilometers, successfully identifying subsurface features aligned with known mineralization zones. This is the first survey of its kind for the project, offering a detailed look at potential new targets for exploration.
The drone data is expected to streamline the integration with existing geochemical and geological datasets, aiding Tocvan in reducing exploration risks and enhancing target precision. CEO Brodie Sutherland emphasized the survey’s role in guiding resource expansion, especially in the underexplored central part of the project, with structural corridors in the north also showing promise.
Next steps for Tocvan include multiple data analyses followed by magnetic inversion modeling. This will help to refine exploration targets in alignment with their ongoing 20,000-meter drilling program.
