Toosla: Information on voting rights and shares

Toosla has disclosed information regarding its shares and voting rights in accordance with legal requirements. As of September 30, 2026, Toosla has 618,083,587 shares comprising its share capital. The theoretical number of voting rights is 619,727,909, while the actual number, taking into account shares without voting rights, amounts to 619,312,110.

These figures are calculated according to Article 223-11 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). The calculation of the theoretical number includes all shares carrying voting rights, even those without such rights. Actual rights refer to the rights exercisable at the general meeting after deduction of unavailable rights.
