Toosla is reorganizing its governance with the arrival of Pascal Ghoson
On October 12, 2026, Toosla, a specialist in digital car rental, announced a major change in its governance. Pascal Ghoson was appointed Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Panayotis Staïcos. This change follows a period of financial restructuring and debt reduction for the company.
Panayotis Staicos's tenure, which began in 2021, was marked by Toosla's IPO and a renewed focus on growth. With Ghoson at the helm, Toosla is aiming for profitable expansion. A mobility expert, Ghoson notably founded Findrive and chairs Hopium. He also has significant experience in finance, gained at Lazard, Goldman Sachs, and Rothschild & Co.
