TotalEnergies EP Gabon: Information on voting rights and capital
On March 31, 2025, TotalEnergies EP Gabon registered a total of 4,500,000 shares comprising its capital. At the same time, the total number of voting rights at the general meeting amounts to 8,249,923. This difference is explained by the principle of double voting rights, applied by the company in accordance with Article 32 of its articles of association.
According to data available to TotalEnergies EP Gabon, 3,749,923 registered shares have been held in the name of a single shareholder for more than two years. These shares benefit from double voting rights, significantly strengthening this shareholder's influence in general meeting decisions.
