Total number of voting rights and shares at ALTAREA

ALTAREA has communicated the total number of shares and voting rights making up its share capital as of December 31, 2024. In total, 21,896,835 shares form the capital, with 21,896,835 theoretical voting rights. However, only 21,889,735 rights are exercisable after deduction of treasury shares, in accordance with Article L.225-210 of the French Commercial Code.

The company requires, via article 12 of its statutes, a declaration of crossing of the threshold for any holder of 1% or more of the capital or voting rights. This notification must be made within four trading days following the crossing of the threshold. In the event of failure, voting rights are suspended.
