TotalEnergies Announces Recent Share Repurchases
Paris, October 13, 2026 – TotalEnergies SE has disclosed its recent share buybacks executed from October 5 to October 9, 2026. This action follows the approval received at the shareholders' general meeting on May 29, 2026, allowing the company to trade its shares under applicable repurchase laws.
During the specified period, TotalEnergies acquired a total of 2,645,882 shares. The daily average purchase price per share varied from EUR 75.30 to EUR 77.72. The cumulative amount of these transactions reached EUR 201,805,925.77.
The purchases were carried out across multiple markets, including XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU. This strategic move is part of TotalEnergies' ongoing financial activities under its authorized share buyback program.
