TotalEnergies EP Gabon: Financial Results and Dividends
On May 7, 2026, TotalEnergies EP Gabon held its Annual General Meeting in Libreville. This meeting, chaired by Mike Sangster, saw the approval of several important resolutions. The financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year were approved, showing a net profit of $46 million according to IFRS standards and $47 million according to OHADA standards.
A dividend of $22.22 per share will be distributed, totaling $100 million. This payment will be converted into euros, with an equivalent value of €18.88, starting June 9, 2026.
The assembly also ratified the co-option of Patrick Grivot as a director and renewed several director mandates, including those of Xavier Rouzeaud and Georges-Eric N'Koma.
