Statistics on voting rights and capital of TotalEnergies as of June 30, 2026

TotalEnergies SE has released its key figures regarding the total number of voting rights and shares as of June 30, 2026. The company's share capital consists of 2,281,656,714 shares. This figure also corresponds to the number of theoretical voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

However, the number of voting rights actually exercisable amounts to 2,224,188,668. This difference stems from the deduction of 57,468,046 treasury shares, which do not carry voting rights. This information, mandatory under Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, aims to provide greater transparency for shareholders and investors.
