TotalEnergies Discloses Voting Rights and Share Capital Details
TotalEnergies SE has released information about its share capital and voting rights as of September 30, 2025. The company reports a total of 2,206,585,543 shares. This figure also represents the total theoretical number of voting rights according to Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation.
The number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, with 2,166,457,100 voting rights available. This difference is due to 40,128,443 treasury shares, which are subtracted from the theoretical total as they do not carry voting rights.
This disclosure complies with Article L.233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF's General Regulation.
