TotalEnergies Reports on Voting Rights and Share Capital as of July 2025

TotalEnergies SE has disclosed the total number of voting rights and shares in its share capital as of July 31, 2025. The company has reported a total of 2,281,206,254 shares. This figure includes all shares eligible for voting rights, in compliance with Article L.233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF's General Regulation.

The theoretical number of voting rights also stands at 2,281,206,254. However, not all these rights are exercisable. The exercisable voting rights, after accounting for 87,252,159 treasury shares, total 2,193,954,095. These treasury shares are excluded from exercisable rights, impacting the final count of active voting shares.
