TotalEnergies Reports Voting Rights and Share Capital Structure
TotalEnergies SE has disclosed its total number of voting rights and shares in accordance with French financial regulations. As of May 31, 2026, the company reported holding 2,276,108,151 shares. This figure aligns with the total number of theoretical voting rights.
The report also details the quantity of exercisable voting rights, which stands at 2,226,642,922. This number is adjusted after accounting for 49,465,229 treasury shares, from which voting rights are suspended.
This update provides stakeholders with a comprehensive view of the company's capital and voting structure, following the requirements set by Article L.233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the AMF's General Regulation.
