TotalEnergies: Share Buybacks from July 21 to 23, 2025
On July 28, 2025, TotalEnergies announced the details of its recent share repurchases, following the authorizations of the Shareholders' Meeting of May 23, 2025. Between July 21 and 23, 2025, the company purchased a total of 1,422,545 shares, at a weighted average price of EUR 53.03 per share. The total amount invested was EUR 75,432,608.49.
The purchases were made on various market platforms, such as XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU. For example, on July 21, 301,726 shares were purchased on XPAR at an average price of EUR 52.89 per share. TotalEnergies uses these transactions to optimize its capital management while complying with current regulations.
