TotalEnergies SE has provided an update on its share capital composition as of June 30, 2026. The company reports a total of 2,281,656,714 shares in its share capital. This figure represents the total number of shares with attached voting rights. The theoretical number of voting rights is equivalent to the total shares, amounting to 2,281,656,714.
However, when considering exercisable voting rights, the number is slightly reduced to 2,224,188,668. This reduction accounts for 57,468,046 treasury shares, which do not carry voting rights.
