TOUAX Changes Partner for Its Liquidity Contract

On April 15, 2026, TOUAX announced the termination of its liquidity contract with Gilbert Dupont, which had been in effect since 2005. This contract, designed to stabilize the market for its shares, expires after the close of trading. As of December 31, 2025, 6,820 shares and €32,242.67 remained in the liquidity account. This marks the end of a long-standing partnership with Gilbert Dupont.

Effective April 16, 2026, TOUAX will enter into a new partnership with Invest Securities to manage its liquidity contract, initially for two years. This contract is governed by AMF regulations and aims to improve the liquidity and regularity of transactions on Euronext Growth Paris. The resources allocated to this contract include 7,408 shares and €29,587.15.
