Delivery of "Syrah": The Eiffel Tower Company strengthens its urban logistics in Bobigny
The Société de la Tour Eiffel has announced the delivery of the "Syrah" project, its second multi-story business center under the LILK brand, in Bobigny. This development is part of an urban diversification strategy aimed at promoting sustainable and versatile logistics solutions. Located on a 9,000 m² site, "Syrah" offers 8,000 m² of space divisible into 10 units, suitable for industrial and high-tech activities. The project combines industrial performance with environmental responsibility, achieving BREEAM "Excellent" certification.
Designed by the firm Paul Mayla Architecture, "Syrah" prioritizes a vertical design to minimize its footprint. With multiple operational levels, it allows access for heavy goods vehicles and offers innovative energy technologies, including photovoltaic panels and high-performance geothermal heating. A large rooftop terrace incorporates an urban agriculture project, reinforcing the company's CSR commitment. "Syrah" represents a solution to the local logistics needs of urban areas.
