Mandatory withdrawal of the Eiffel Tower Company by the SMABTP Group
On July 21, 2026, the Société Mutuelle d'Assurance du Bâtiment et des Travaux Publics (SMABTP) and the Société Mutuelle d'Assurance sur la Vie du Bâtiment et des Travaux Publics (SMAvie BTP) announced the implementation of the mandatory delisting of shares in Société de la Tour Eiffel (STE). This delisting is being carried out at a price of €8.20 per share, in accordance with the rules of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
Following the public delisting offer, the SMABTP Group, including SMA SA and Imperio, holds 97.01% of STE's share capital. The mandatory delisting, effective August 3, 2026, targets the remaining 3,966,910 shares. Compensation will be paid via Uptevia, with unclaimed funds held for up to ten years before being transferred to the Caisse des Dépôts.
