Projet d'offre de retrait de SMABTP sur la Société de la Tour Eiffel
Le Groupe SMABTP, détenteur majoritaire des actions, a soumis une proposition d'offre publique de retrait pour les actions de la Société de la Tour Eiffel qu'il ne possède pas encore. Le prix suggéré est de 8,20 euros par action, aligné avec l'Actif Net Réévalué EPRA de continuation, fixé à 8,16 euros par action au 31 décembre 2025. Ce tarif représente une augmentation notable par rapport au dernier cours de bourse.
Le Conseil d'administration a reçu ce projet d'offre le 1er avril 2026 et a constitué un comité ad hoc pour évaluer cette proposition. Le cabinet Sorgem Evaluation a été désigné comme expert indépendant pour analyser les conditions financières.
Le dépôt du projet auprès de l'Autorité des marchés financiers est imminent, l'offre étant suivie d'un retrait obligatoire.
