The facility is tailored for urban logistics, emphasizing vertical space to minimize land use. It has two operational levels and is equipped for heavy vehicles, reflecting a thoughtful approach to modern logistical demands.
Committed to environmental standards, the construction is BREEAM certified, integrating renewable energy systems, urban agriculture, and sustainable mobility solutions, underscoring Société de la Tour Eiffel's environmental responsibility.
