TRACTIAL Announces a No-Dilution Split Stock
TRACTIAL, formerly BD Multimedia, has announced a 50% stock split. The measure, approved at the extraordinary general meeting on September 26, 2025, will now allow shareholders to hold two shares for each share they previously owned, without affecting the overall value of their holdings.
Thus, the par value decreases from €2.00 to €1.00, doubling the total number of shares outstanding to 5,267,336. The share capital remains unchanged at €5,267,336. This transaction does not affect the rights associated with the shares.
The new listing will be effective from December 17, 2025 on Euronext Growth Paris, with a delivery date scheduled for December 18, 2025. The shares will continue to be listed under the ticker ALTRA, but a new ISIN code will be assigned by Euronext Paris.
