Trans Canada Gold Completes First Tranche of Private Placement Raising $2.14M
Trans Canada Gold Corp. has successfully completed the first tranche of its CDN$2.5 million non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of CDN $2,144,720. The funds were generated through the issuance of 7,850,784 flow-through units, priced at $0.19 each, and 3,841,590 non-flow-through units at $0.17 each. Both types of units include share purchase warrants exercisable at $0.30 per share for two years.
The net proceeds will finance eligible exploration expenditures at the Harrison Lake Gold Project in British Columbia. The company anticipates closing additional funds in a subsequent tranche by October 26, 2026. Finders' fees totaling $148,940.35 and 811,465 finders' warrants were also issued as part of the deal.
