Transactions in Arkema's own shares in September 2026
Arkema announced that it had completed share buybacks between September 21 and 25, 2026. In accordance with Article 5(2) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, these transactions involved a total of 17,600 shares. The daily volume varied, with 4,000 shares purchased on September 21 and 22, and 3,200 over the following three days.
The average daily purchase price was €56.2657 on September 21, rising to €56.5938 on the 22nd, and then to €57.6635 on the 23rd. On September 24th and 25th, the average price was €57.2966 and €56.6396, respectively. The shares were traded on the XPAR market.
