BIO UV GROUP detailed its share transactions carried out between June 18 and 24, 2025, as part of its share buyback program. Each transaction was carried out on the ALXP market. On June 18, the group acquired 530 shares at an average price of €1.92. The following day, 674 shares were purchased at the same price. On June 20 and 23, no transactions took place. On June 24, an additional 160 shares were acquired at a unit price of €1.9080.
