Travelex Issuerco 2 Plc Debuts GBP12 Million Senior Guaranteed Notes
On October 1, 2025, Travelex Issuerco 2 Plc announced the issuance of GBP12,000,000 in 15% Senior Guaranteed Notes due in 2028. This issuance is a new series under the existing Sterling Note Trust Deed, originally dated October 6, 2020. It expands upon the current 3.01% Notes set to mature in 2029.
The new issuance was accompanied by amendments to existing Trust Deeds, as endorsed by the noteholders. This led to the company entering into supplemental trust deeds on September 30, 2025. The notes are expected to be listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange.
