Trigano's Standstill Commitment Reinforced

Stock price chart of TRIGANO (EPA:TRI) showing fluctuations.

On May 26, 2025, François and Marie-Hélène Feuillet transferred the full ownership of 5,800,880 Trigano shares to SEVAL, a company they fully own. This transaction strengthens their control over Trigano. Subsequently, on May 28, 2025, they, alongside other family members and affiliated companies, signed a new standstill agreement with Stéphane Gigou, President of the Executive Board. This agreement is part of the French General Tax Code's article 787 B ("Pacte DUTREIL").

This latest agreement complements previous ones from August 24, 2022, and July 5, 2024. Covering 57.90% of Trigano's capital and 66.49% of voting rights, it emphasizes long-term commitment and automatic renewal options. The Feuillet family, acting in concert with SEVAL, PARSEV, and ROMAX PARTICIPATIONS, thus fortifies their long-standing influence within Trigano.
