CMB Approves Turkiye Garanti Bankasi's Bond Issuance for Foreign Markets
Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has received approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for the issuance of bonds aimed at foreign markets. This development follows the establishment of the Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program, originally announced on April 19, 2013. The program facilitates the issuance of borrowing instruments in various currencies with different series and maturities.
The CMB has issued certificates for two distinct bonds. These include a bond with ISIN XS3539482458, issued on October 15, 2026, maturing on November 1, 2027, for GBP 10 million, and another, XS3539482706, maturing on October 21, 2027, for GBP 13.75 million.
The statements made in this announcement align with the regulations and commitments of the Bank, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. The Turkish version of the disclosure supersedes the English version in case of any discrepancies.
