Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Receives CMB Approval for Bond Issuance
Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. (TGBD) recently announced the approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for its bond issuance targeting foreign markets. This initiative is part of their Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program, established to facilitate borrowing through diverse instruments across various currencies and maturities.
The bank has received CMB issuance certificates for several bonds under the GMTN program. The bonds include USD and EUR denominations with a total nominal amount of USD 350 million and EUR 50 million, all maturing on April 1, 2027.
Garanti BBVA confirms adherence to regulatory standards in their disclosures and ensures that the information is accurate and comprehensive. The Turkish version of the public disclosure holds precedence in case of discrepancies.
