Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Renews Corporate Governance Rating Agreement

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. announced the renewal of its corporate governance rating agreement with JCR Eurasia Rating. JCR is an authorized rating agency licensed by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB). The renewal is effective from July 14, 2025, and will remain valid for one year. This agreement aligns with the CMB's Corporate Governance Principles.

The bank ensures that the announcement complies with the Board’s Communiqué Serial II Nr.15.1. It confirms the accuracy of the information and holds responsibility for the declarations made. In case of discrepancies between the Turkish and English versions, the Turkish version prevails.
